Lydney Practice is a dispensing practice.
Dispensing practices differ from standard GP surgeries by directly providing medications to eligible patients, improving access in rural areas where pharmacies are scarce. This integration streamlines care and reduces the burden on external pharmacies.
Patients are only eligible for dispensing services if they live at least 1.6 km (1 mile) from the nearest pharmacy.
Dispensary Opening Hours
- Monday, 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 6:30pm
- Tuesday, 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 6:30pm
- Wednesday, 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 6:30pm
- Thursday, 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 6:30pm
- Friday, 9am to 1pm then 2pm to 6:30pm
The dispensary phone line is only open from 9am to 11.30am each day.
The dispensary is closed on bank holidays.
